Slurring right wing blogs

Taking a comment posted by someone on a blog as representative of the opinion of that blog's author is a big no-no, for obvious reasons.

Yet Vile File linked to this page at Random Speak which has a quote attributed to 'Right Wing News', a fairly well-read American blog. Here it is:
"Watching the films of looters I was struck by the fact they ALL seemed to be people of color. So... martial law should be invoked. We should shoot to kill looters. First, all thieves would be detered by this action. Secondly, we would be thining the ranks of Democrat voters. A win win situation."
I investigated the relevant post at RWN and discovered it was actually a comment from someone called 'RAA', and that the comment had since been erased. Here's some responses from other commenters on RWN:
I wouldn't mind seeing RAA blocked over that, myself.

Someone please ban RAA.

Considering that comments such as these reflect poorly on the rest of the 'community', I think it is probably a good idea to remove people who make these type of comments.

I didn't check any of Randomspeaks other 'evidence'.

Didn't realise I was slurring right wing blogs... Thought it was perfectly evident it was the commenters who were quoted. Anyone who read the links, as you did, Mr Lemur, can see that. The Christian websites however, have demonstrated some unadulterated nastiness...

I am perfectly indifferent to an individual's political stance.
Usually I find poor people to be extremely annoying, all that needless whinging hurts my ears. However, this is not such a time.

Thank you for coming by and reading. Why not leave a comment?
