Pistol Pete Fires Blanks

Fresh from his oafish Dunedin performance in which he physically beat up a helpless female demonstator, the Labour Party's chief strategist tried a beat up on Agenda. Tallow almost let him get away with it.

SIMON Mr Hodgson what is this evidence that you're talking about?

PETE We're finding – we put out an all points bulletin yesterday afternoon I think it was to as campaigns around the country to give us evidence and the evidence has started to come through that it looks like there is telephone canvassing going on.

Hodgkins clearly is being coached by Mallard, the doctoral graduate from the school of 'make it up and tell them you've got the evidence coming, soon, just around the corner, won't be long now, believe me it's coming, we'll show you just as soon as it arrives.'

It was a pathetic display, not helped by Brownlee allowing himself to be interviewed by the damsell beater.

SIMON What is it then, you seem to suggest you know something.

PETE I'm telling you that for every two or three hours of the past week new information has come, new information has come to me this morning.

Only problem, Hodgkins couldn't actually recall any detail of the 'evidence.' It was like a 'B' grade Perry Mason drama.

SIMON Can you state that substantively?

PETE As we get stuff clarified we will certainly put it into the public arena, but I'm telling you that as every few hours go by we find closer linkages between the National Party and this sect, it is a remarkable thing.

GERRY Oh look this is unbelievable, I can't believe that we're actually sitting here on national television talking about a Labour Party beat up, what's wrong with New Zealanders volunteering to help a political party change of government.

PETE Nothing.

GERRY That’s why we're a democracy Mr Hodgson.

This guy is Labour's chief strategist? He sounds like a fourth former arguing about who has the biggest dick.

Tonight the word on the street is that the SST was to run a Labour propaganda piece on page A2 of it's South Island edition but pulled the story at the last moment. Educated sources had been predicting a final Labour attempt to dump on National via theSST but it seems even the SST has thought better of it.

What a laugh,

After reading that claptrap from old Kyoto Pete I'm more confident than ever that the Nats will score a solid win on Saturday.

Hell yeah: he is the Labour party's chief strategist. He reads their internal polls daily. He knows what they are saying and what they will mean.

National ACT govt with support from UF

Who will replace Helen when labour collapses: there is no-one!.

This is the most important election in my lifetime - well, in the last 20 years. Really it all is deja vue from 1984 - two terms of labour, then ten years of national.

No more Maori seats.
No more money wasted on state housing.
No more money wasted on state schools.
No more money wasted on state hospitals.
No more money wasted on benefits.
No more money wasted on Radio or TV.
No more money wasted on Wanaga & Universities.

A real air force.
A real police force.
A real prison service.
A real foreign policy.
A real energy policy
A real roading policy.
A REAL TAX POLICY.

TAX CUTS! PETROL TAX CUTS! TAX CUTS! PETROL TAX CUTS!

and best of all: no representation without taxation.

no votes for beneficiaries. Those who pay the tax should decide how it is spent. Those who don't pay don't get a say.

(on - and police / SFO investigations of all labour's frauds & criminal actions)
