Petrol tax Out by Lunchtime

In a smart move Dr Brash has stymied The Gurnard by annoncuing that National would immediately remove the 5c special petrol tax. Labour can only play 'Follow The Leader' and continue to look parsimonious.

At the same time, Winston First is squandering his last remaining electoral funds to pay for, of all things, media coverage. Oh the pain! Oh the humiliation. Reminds one of a rapidly aging Lothario, reduced to buying the services of economy class prostitutes.

I see Jordan called it "breathless bribery."
Reminds me of the interest-free students loans matter.
Did anyone see Saturday's Herald where their financial advisor Mary Holm was advising a would-be student who said he wanted to invest his interest free loan in property?

Jordan gets breathless over a lot of things. He might have a hyperventilation problem. I've heard paper bags help for that.

He could get a job as a bag boy after the election, and combine work with health care.

ZenTigers Bag Boy Joke. (It's not that funny. Click only if you can handle bad puns).
