The Word on The Street

I received the following e-mail from someone who could be described as a 'very reliable source.' (Well if it's good enough for a leaky PM....)

I had been asking when the next batch of reliable opinion polls were due out.

'It's not the polls that tell the story.. it's the word on the street... and the word on the street says a lot of government bureaucrats are now distancing themselves from the Labour Party so their careers aren't impacted when the National led government slides into office.'

Yes, that awful stench of death is in the air and it seems to get a little stronger each day. A kind of sickly sweet putrid aroma I recall from my days in the school bus as we trundled past the local freezing works.

Of course phil u will know I'm only saying this to egg him on.

you're cracking me up adolf..are you listening to your old norman vincent peale tapes again..?

the only stench around is the odour building up around the idea of peters/brash/henare/dunne getting their grubby little hands on our country....and flogging off chunks of it to their mates..and borrowing millions overseas to fund a cargo-cult of tax cuts..anything to get power eh?..the dance of the desperate..("c'mon over winston..")

been watching questiontime lately?..if cullen was temporarily on the back foot, that is now well and truly over..

he is rubbing his hands and licking his lips, (as only cullen can,) at the prospect of the release of nationals tax policies..and how little they will really be able to offer....cullen will then move in for the kill..and brash and key will be done and dusted..:)..
(maybe even by lunchtime, eh?)
