Act is disproportionately supported by men (from TFA) - which is why Murial Newman really needed to be elected leader when the ACT ledaership election was last held. A woman at the helm would have said much more than any of Rodney's posturing, and hopefully brought more women to the party. But how do you expect a woman to be elected in a boys club...

It's just that she's a woman, Bernard. She's also not a liberal, and it looks like the liberals hold more power in ACT now.
