Reasons to get out and vote this election

The first of many quick posts on why it is important to vote this election, and encourage your friends and family to vote as well.

1. Don Brash is a smart man, and National has interesting ideas on how to fix some big problems.
2. The Labour Party has been corrupted by power.
3. Leaving the country as-is will encourage more young interesting people to leave and settle down elsewhere.

If I do vote, it will not be to put Don Brash into power but to remove Helen Clark from power.

Sad really, in my opinion the only NZ politician with the strength of character to be a really good prime minister is man whose politics SUCK big time!

What do you do come election day?

Why can you not vote to put National/Act in power?

And who is the NZ politician you are talking about....

Q1 No reason.

Q2 Winston, that's easy.

Gee didn't expect so many comments on this post - its hard to predict what is going to attract attention. I will mention Rodney in a future post on the same topic, but I thought I'd do a couple of quick ideas every couple of days, and today was Brash's speech to the Nats.

National/Act might be the best of a bad lot. And the politician who I think would make a great Prime Minister (apart from his politics) is neither Rodney nor Winston.
