If You Can't Teach It, Do It

If ever ACT wanted a clear example of the stark difference between National and Labour, they got it during the last hour on Radio Left Wing with the Moaning Report commentary on the latest police scandal, Dial 111 for Titilation.

National's Tony Ryall gave a measured response to questioning, reaffirming his confidence in the Commissioner and the police generally.

The Cullender? (nothing he says holds water) Well the best he could do was a smart arse throw away one liner "hardly the smartest thing for the police to do when they are screaming for more resources while using existing resources for viewing pornography." These are not his actual words but they are a pretty close approximation from memory.

How revealing. So the police really are under-resourced and they know it but this administration turns a blind eye. Michael needs the money for election bribes. It seemed to me Cullender was only just able to hold back his anger that this issue will further reduce Labour's prospects, come September or whenever.

Holmes last night was an absolute scream. Cullender refused to front up and discuss the Berryman fiasco. So, with an awful smirk all over his dial, Holmes hung a lapel mike over an empty cchair and asked people to phone in their "questions for the deputy PM who isn't here." It was marvellous and sent exactly the right subliminal message to voters. The pricks don't care about anything or anybody apart from themselves.

The history teacher forgot to learn anything at all from history.

Lemur, I must speak with you about your spell check. Yes "there" is a recording but you have to send twentyfive bucks to Replay Radio
