Campaign Threat in Epsom

Greg Stephens said on Not PC's Blog:

The Labour candiate in Epson (yes there is one) is running on the line "National will remove school zoning, which will cause your house prices to drop by $25,000" (I take it Epson is in the Auckland Grammer zone).
Whoah! ... Have Labour got a magic 8 ball? My son said to me when he got rid of his magic 8 ball is that he didn't think it told the truth.

Now Epsom is where Rodney Hide for ACT will be running.

HAHAHAHAHA

Labour is wanting to put a new school right in the middle of the Grammar Zone at the Auckland College of Education - what will THAT do to the Grammar zone. This is what Labour wants to do, despite the fact that Penrose High School (the next closest high school) could take 400 pupils more before reaching capacity.

Who IS the Labour candidate for Epsom? Don't really want to peruse the Labour website to find out.

Lucyna,

What do you mean by a magic 8 ball? Did somebody predict this?

Also, I don't understand. Greg is a Labour member, how did his post help Labour? He seems to be making fun of them like us.

Those magic 8 balls are the ones you shake whilst asking a question. The answer is revealed: YES, NO, MAYBE, ALL THINGS COME TO PASS etc.

Can Greg or the Labour party predict the housing prices dropping, interest rates skyrocketing and the economy collapsing?

I think anyone looking at their policies could manage that.
