Scientific Misconduct

Steve McIntyre, the man tirelessly pursuing the "Hockey Stick Team" climate modellers underlying the global warming movement, has linked an interesting document called "A Beginner’s Guide to Scientific Misconduct".

I wonder if he thinks he can now prove misconduct amongst certain prominent hockeystickers.

A commenter on Steve's site posted the following US Federal guidelines to determining research misconduct:
II. Findings of Research Misconduct

A finding of research misconduct requires that:

There be a significant departure from accepted practices of the relevant research community; and

The misconduct be committed intentionally, or knowingly, or recklessly; and

The allegation be proven by a preponderance of evidence.
I've been waiting nearly 7 years now for someone to openly confront the disturbingly closed community of climate modellers. I admire Steve. And he's funding himself too.
