Radio Left Wing Exposes Villains
This morning, the only news item other than a raft of Ninth Floor press releases on Radio Left Wing's 0600 news was a plaintive piece about an obscure Nelson (?) GP who accuses Fonterra of being complicit in the Oil For Food ruckus. RLW News must have scoured the land to find someone with sufficient commercial expertise and credibility to accuse Fonterra of being a pack of immoral bastards for selling milk powder to a Vietnamese company. Yes, you've got it. By selling milk to Vietnam, Fonterra have enmeshed themselves in the now notorious scandal, master minded by Saddam Hussein and Kifi Annan's son and allowed to prosper by a ditheringly inept Koffi Annan.
Nobody seems to have stopped for a minute and asked just how the hell Fonterra suddenly is supposed to control the destiny of it's product after it has been sold to someone else. You see, the Vietnamese company repacked the milk powder and sent it off to Iraq, apparently with the usual pay offs and bribes which are common place in the business world of the Middle East.
The mealy mouthed lefties are trying to imply and insinuate that somehow Fonterra were involved with or in control of the Vietnamese company but they won't come out in the open and say that because they know they will have their arses sues off if they do. So they resort to the time honoured technique of journalists and lefties. You make the story up.
The next time you see a Holden ute used in a bank robbery, Radio NZ will place the blame for the crime fairly and squarely on General Moters. It's an American company so it must be to blame.
By the way, in case you didn't know, Fonterra is largely owned and controlled by the nation's 15,000 (?) dairy farmers.
