Just Taking An Interest In Negotiotions

'No we are not meddling' said Pinnochio. 'We are taking an interst in negotiations.' That means we want to make sure we decide who is appointed to every senior position. We just can't have any damned right winger infiltrating the place.
Yesterday board chairman Craig Boyce defended this stance, saying it had to sign off rights on salaries over $300,000 and part of that was to take an interest in appointments and negotiations as well.
Now It becomes easier to see why Clark made such a fuss about Judy Bailey's salary. The changes brought about by this PR disaster allowed the board to agree to the amounts of certain salaries. Of course, the leftie board has tried to stretch this into actually deciding for itself who is finally appointed. No wonder Fraser resigned. Good on him. Boyce in fact has confirmed that the Board is interfering. End of story, the Board should resign.
