Dominatrix Dips Out

Looks as though the UN might take a while. Take note Gnats, she's going to need a fourth term to give the Polish bloke time to die or be moved on.

More remarkably still, Mr Kwasniewski is heading towards a political afterlife on the international stage. He is being hotly tipped as Washington’s favourite to succeed Kofi Annan as Secretary-General of the United Nations when his term runs out at the end of 2006.

Diplomatic Warsaw is abuzz with rumours that Mr Kwasniewski, a smooth, tennis-playing, polyglot who is seen as one of the champions of New Europe, won US backing on a visit to the White House earlier this month.

(Can you really see Clark dashing off to the personal trainer so that she can become 'a smooth, table tennis playing dollyclot?")

Now, what was that engaging remark she made not so long ago? Something like 'Gore would have been a better President?'

Adolf, you know you're talking about the out going Polish President and friend of American President George Bush there. If Kwasniewski gets in - a Polish head of what started as a Russian dominated organisation built on the bones of a decimated Poland - it would be too good. I mean, really, Too Good!

Don't worry Ackers1, looks like the Russians will block him from getting in. You can breathe easy now.

A new job for the PM?
There must be a community board looking somewhere for a chairman?
Maybe she could head to the UK with hubby Peter to the place of his birth.
She would have much fun on one of the parish or town councils.

Oh, c'mon, Adolf. She was just feeling a bit pissy about f*cking up that wee lil' free trade agreement thingy - then having to suck a** to Johnny (Howard) after she went on record saying that she wouldn't kiss up to Ozzies if THEY got a free trade agreement with the US. You know the outcome of that one.

p.s.: Memo to Helen: it's OK to dislike GWB. Really. But you might learn someday to just keep your stupid trap shut about that dislike, that is, if you are wanting W to do something for you. After all, his economy, military, and influence on global issues is just a tiny wee bit GREATER than yours.

Anyone know how much economic benefit Helen pissed away when she screwed that negotiation? I'd be interested to know.
