Nifty helicopter skills

To be fair, the camera angle enhances the apparent proximity but still a good look.

the lens will be exaggerating distances in the Z dimension. But take a look at the shadow of the rotor. Still a bit of nifty flying by the pilot.

I saw something like this in the Netherlands where a kid had been knocked off his bike. A helicopter (a Squirrel, IIRC) landed on the expressway right under the overhanging lights. It took off, hovered at about a meter height, moved sideways over a lane or so in a perfectly controlled fashion, and then continued upwards.
