Iraq Constitution deadline extended 7 days

Looks like the Iraqi National Assembly voted at the last minute to extend the constitution writing deadline by 7 days. Probably a good thing considering the level of disagreement on the three key areas of: relationship between religion and the national Government; oil revenues; and the ability of provinces to Federate into States of Iraq.

Wow live updates! As usual Fisk gives a far more accurate assessment of the state of play or more likely the complete irrelevance of yet another tipping point in this ongoing saga.
