Helen of Coy

In the clearest yet signal that Labour is running very scared of Dr Brash, the Fearless Leader has eskewed a full hour of her very selfbeing networked on National Television. At the last moment, the PM has run away from the TV cameras.

One asks - Why on earth would she do that? Amazingly, the reason is that she fears appearing on a one hour one on one debate with the National Party leader because 'this might improve his rating as preferred PM' or words to that effect. Dr Brash should immediateley seek a court injunction requiring the PM to show up on camera 'in the national interest.' I hope the Gnat lawyers are there on Thursday morning.

What happened to the truly confident, popular and competent Prime Minister? She has been replaced by the purely cynical, desperate and calculating Shadow, squiming like an ugly yellow bellied kuwharul with a spear stuck through it.(**). The real persona is being steadily revealed as her every action further strips away the artificial veneer of repectability created by her PR machine.

Heed not what she says, watch carefully what she does.

(**) Unlike the pleasantly palatable silver belly eel which lives on clean food, the yellow belly, or kuwharu, thrives on shit, bites viciously and is generally regarded as useless

She obviously sees more benefit in having the state radio channel solely broadcasting this, broadcasting to people who would vote for her, rather than a private TV channel whose subscribers to current affairs etc would be mainly people who would not vote for her.

Sad. We need to see Brash give extended answers to hard questions. That should be his forte given how smart he is.
