Documentary on Hanadi Jaradat, a female Palestinian suicide bomber

The video and transcript linked below are from a documentary on Hanadi Jaradat, a female suicide bomber of the terrorist group Palestine Islamic Jihad/Al Quds Brigades. The documentary interviews various surviving family members of Jaradat, including her parents.

VIDEO (Windows Media only) - TRANSCRIPT

While one person interviewed in the documentary (Hanadi's cousin) mentions locating a military target to attack, in reality Hanadi found herself a busy restaurant in Haifa, a coastal city in northern Israel, to detonate her bomb belt. She killed 19 and wounded 50 others.

Remember that the targets of a suicide bomber are always intentional: unlike a missile lobbed at a military base which might go astray (for example), a suicide bomber knows who they are about to kill, and can see their faces and hear them talk before the detonator is pressed

Haifa was part of the original Israeli section of the Western Palestine Mandate, as defined by the UN's 1947 partition plan. That would be the same partition plan ignored by Palestinians and neighbouring Arab countries during their 1948 invasion of Israel. Islamic Jihad believes all of Israel should be part of an enlarged Islamic Palestinian State.

Just three days ago the Palestinian Authority said it would not forcibly disarm Islamic Jihad.

Homicide bombers frequently seek out women and children as their primary targets.

There is no god who could reward these creatures.
