Oh I Do Love a One Liner
John Armstrong has a dissection of Labour's current woes in this morning's Herald, describing Komissioner Kelly thus:-

The article appears to have been written a few days ago, there being no mention of the latest Kyoto landmine. Incidentally I see the bill is actually $3 billion per year, not $1 billion. The higher figure is based on the international market price of carbon credits, where the Hodge Podge minister will need to go to buy them.
$3 billion adds $1.27 per litre to the price of petrol.
