How Many Votes are In It?

Poor old Labour. The courts have handed them the hospital pass of all time in the decision today on dear gentle peace loving Ahmed.

Unless I'm mistaken, the Gummint is now free to deport him just so long as they make sure he is sent ot a country which is unlikely to knock him off or lock him up for just being a nice chap. Well, Malaysia would seem to fit the bill. So would Mauritius. Both have thriving and relatively 'mild' Moslem communities.

The calculators on the Ninth will be running hot. How many votes will we get if we keep him? How many votes will we get if we chuck him out?

Well, let us not forget bar-tab the prick has left us with. What's the bet that nothing will happen before the election, and between now and then Helen will tell us that she can't find a country that will have him back?
